The Australian Pole Sports Federation (APSF) is a not-for-profit sporting organisation, founded in 2017. Together with the International Pole Sports Federation (IPSF), we are pushing towards one unified goal: Olympic inclusion. We are getting closer every year.

APSF hosts the annual Australian Pole & Aerial Championships (APAC). In 2019, 2021 and 2022 the Championships were held in Cairns QLD. In 2023 we moved the annual Championships to The Penrith Valley Regional Sports Centre, to make the competition accessible for as many athletes as possible. Our plan worked! It was our biggest competition ever and we’re delighted to return to Penrith in 2024.

APAC is open to athletes aged 6-60+ and of all levels - from amateurs seeking stage experience through to seasoned elites seeking to qualify for the World Pole and Aerial Championships (WPAC). Our judges undergo rigorous training in a system developed with GAISF, to provide a consistent and equitable experience for all competitors globally.

I, Deb Roach, am a 3 time world champion in Parapole - I was born without my left arm. Ours is the only national competition with parapole categories in alignment with the Paralympics.
