Connect FM, formerly known as 5TCB FM, was founded by Gordon Coad in the mid 80’s after he heard a segment on ABC Radio involving the emergence of Community Radio. He had the vision to see how Bordertown could develop a Community Radio and broadcast in the Tatiara and local districts. For over 40 years Connect FM has expanded its broadcasting into the limestone coast.

Connect FM has launched many careers in the media industry with previous presenters and volunteers moving onto commercial radio, television, and print media. Connect FM is one of the highest award-winning Australian Community Radio stations and has successfully produced national and international programs. Your community radio station plays a pivotal role within the Tatiara and surrounding districts.
